DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S over $70.

All orders are processed + shipped within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on our homepage. Most items are shipped via Priority mail.

It may take 2-3 business days for domestic orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. to arrive once they have been picked up and verified by our carrier.

Once your order has left our fulfillment center, you will receive an email with tracking information. Shipping times are NOT guaranteed, and orders that arrive later than anticipated will not be refunded.  

At checkout, please verify that your shipping information is correct. Once an order has been placed, we are limited in our ability to change it. However, if we are able to make changes on your behalf, these changes will not be reflected in your shipping confirmation email.

Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time. However, we will offer ROUTE package protection soon. This means that if your package is stolen, lost or damaged, you will be fully insured. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping times will vary and due to their nature may take longer to arrive. Orders that arrive later than expected do no warrant a refund. 

DAMAGES/ISSUES

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and let us know within 72 hours if any significant damages occurred in transit. Please provide images of the damages and email us at contactsupport@elegantsyluxe.com.
