Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used products at this time. Should you have any questions or have a concern about a product you've purchased, please consult our team at contactsupport@elegantsyluxe.com.
DAMAGES + ISSUES
Please inspect your orders when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. In the event that the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will replace the product. We have a 7 day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days from the time the package is marked at "ARRIVED" to request an exchange. To start the process, please contact our team at contactsupport@elegantsyluxe.com. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all returned/exchanged items if considered. Exchanges are only considered on a case-by-case bases i.e. your product(s) was damaged upon delivery.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact our team at contactsupport@elegantsyluxe.com.
Please report defective/damaged products to us along with photos of the damage and a description of the damage within 72 hours of delivery.
For all returns and refunds you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
