All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our candles and home fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal fragrance preferences, or products that have been used or opened.

Exceptions are made for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, in accordance with the terms below and applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. However, we understand that unexpected issues may occur.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactsupport@elegantsyluxe.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.

To help us resolve your concern, please provide:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected product and packaging

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.

Please discontinue use of any product that appears damaged or defective.

Replacements & Return Shipping

If a replacement is approved, Elegantsy will cover the shipping costs associated with correcting a damaged, defective, or incorrect order.

In some cases, we may request that the original product be returned. If a return is necessary, our team will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label.

Please do not return any items without first contacting our support team.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.
